City of Edgewood Online Permit Center

This portal allows you to apply for permits, upload plans and submittal items, request inspections, and make payments.

First-Time Users

The first time you apply for a permit, you will need to register and create a password using the "Sign Up" tool.

How Long Will My Permit Take?

Plumbing, mechanical, and residential re-roof applications are generally issued within one (1) week.

We try to review all other new applications within eight (8) weeks and all resubmittals within six (6) weeks, depending on the complexity of the application.

If you have been waiting longer than our standard review time, please email permit@edgewoodwa.gov and we will check on the status of your application.
